Our tulle flower girl dresses is very full and fluffy made of 5” to 6” wide panels 25 layers approximately of tulle on each panel this original way of cutting the tulle was developed by me having in mind the fullness you can acquire by combing the tutu skirt with your fingers.
As you can see on the pictures you can style it so many different ways perfect for photography.
