Late Arrival & Scheduling Conflicts

Timeliness Requirement:
Models are expected to arrive at the designated time and location for the show. It is each model’s responsibility to manage their schedule, especially if they are booked for multiple events or walking for other designers.

Delays & Missed Appointments:
In cases where a model is delayed or unable to arrive on time due to participation in another designer’s show, traffic, or other external factors, the Event Organizer will not be obligated to extend credit, reschedule participation, or provide a refund. Models must ensure they plan their travel and scheduling accordingly to meet all commitments.

Communication:
If a model anticipates a delay, they must notify the Elena Collection immediately. While every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, timely communication does not guarantee that the model will receive credit refunds or an alternate participation slot.
