The skirt is constructed from approximately twelve individually cut tulle panels, each measuring approximately 4 inches wide. The panels are arranged around the skirt to create beautiful movement, texture, and fullness—an original Elena Collection design and signature construction technique.

The dress features a poly-silk underskirt and a fully lined bodice. Hand-cut lace appliqués are individually positioned and hand-sewn across the front bodice, then embellished with delicate dimensional flowers, pearls, and subtle shimmering accents.

A coordinating handmade floral headband and matching embellished shoes complete the ensemble and are included with the dress.
