The Rose Hat — Newborn Couture Hat

A romantic newborn hat, beautifully handcrafted for baby’s first portraits, Easter celebrations, christenings, weddings and other treasured occasions.

The Rose Hat begins with a soft woven hat that has been individually altered and reshaped specifically for a newborn baby. The original hat was carefully cut down to size, hand hemmed, sized, shaped and stiffened on a hand-carved wooden millinery block made approximately 20 years ago to Elena Collection’s own specifications for newborn sizing.

The finished hat is completely hand decorated with beautiful quality velvet and fabric flowers, soft bows, and individually hand-sewn rhinestone and pearl details. The combination of delicate blush pink, ivory and cream gives the piece its romantic vintage character.

Because the hat is shaped and decorated individually by hand, it has the distinctive character of a true Elena Collection heirloom accessory.
