Timeless and beautifully traditional, The Lou Gown is a one-of-a-kind heirloom christening ensemble handcrafted from vintage cotton lace and luminous silk.
Its exceptionally full skirt is created from four generous panels of vintage white floral lace, carefully arranged to showcase the beauty and movement of the original textile. A decorative satin ribbon band with pearl-centered bows accents the lower skirt, while a smooth satin ribbon finishes the hem.
The fused silk bodice features an elegantly piped neckline, delicate pintuck detailing and romantic puff sleeves finished with fine Venetian lace trim. Small satin bows and pearl accents add a graceful couture finish.
The gown is fully lined for comfort and includes an attached crinoline to support its signature fullness. Its elegant open-back construction allows easier access when holding and dressing the baby.
A coordinating vintage-lace bonnet, shoes and matching headband complete the ensemble, creating a breathtaking heirloom worthy of generations to come.
